Steven J. Renegar

Steven is a dynamic senior level high performance executive with a proven ability to build and lead top flight sales/marketing teams and an aggressive drive to results. Steve has an MBA from the University of Texas, a MS Degree from Pittsburg State University and a BA (Chemistry) from South Western College.

Steven’s extensive industry experience includes directing the development of a firm focused on servicing the international rubber, chemical and plastics industry, services provided included consulting, product/company representation, chemical brokerage, brokerage of raw materials globally including EPDM, ESBR, carbon black and rubber chemicals. Steve previously worked as VP Marketing and Sales for Continental Carbon Company where he developed and implemented corporate marketing policies and procedures, formulated strategic and operating plans, responsible for global distribution and agent network for export sales. Steve has over 40 years of experience in sales and marketing experience in the polymer and carbon black international marketplace.

Steve was a member of ASTM D11 (Rubber) and D24 (Carbon Black)-Main Committee Secretary to D24 for eight years, and served as United States Representative to the International Standard Organization (ISO). Steve was appointed to the Engineered Carbons Inc. Board of Working Directors in 1999. During the past 10 years Steve was integrally involved with the pyrolysis industry developing the standards and developing market opportunities for recovered carbon products.
