Don is a senior manufacturing manager with 25 years of management experience in the rubber reclaiming/devulcanization industry. Don received a Bachelor of Public Administration in accounting degree from MS State University and completed an MBA degree Summa Cum Laude at Centenary College in Shreveport LA. Don served twenty years with US Rubber Reclaiming, a unique company with corporate roots dating back to the 1800’s and was the last survivor of the many reclaiming companies that operated in the US following WWII. Don served initially as CFO and then for many years as President of USRR.

He directly participated in all aspects of management, manufacturing and sales of hundreds of millions of pounds of devulcanized reclaim rubber. As President, Don had primary sales responsibility and direct contact with major US tire companies including Goodyear, Michelin, Cooper and Titan Tires plus numerous other rubber industry companies. Don’s experience at USRR included extensive knowledge of various methods and technology related to rubber size reduction, rubber processing and thermos-mechanical devulcanization. Management responsibility included up to $20 MM annual budgets, 120 FTE employees and production /sales of over 3 million pounds of reclaim rubber per month.
